Well if your way made more sense all coaches would do it, but none do, so going for 1 down trailing by 15 is the right call
Coaches do shit wrong ALL THE TIME. Coaches do not coach to win games. They coach to keep their jobs. They coach to avoid blame.

Beaker, you having fun getting some of the Rams regulars all besides themselves?
It is a little fun, I'll admit. I am arguing it over on the main game thread too.

It is something I do believe though, I am not just trolling.

Going to disagree, especially if we have to go back to New Orleans. Really hard to play there.
I know UVA but if the Rams can run like tonight they can slow down the Saints or the Eagles offense. But I know what you are saying. The Dome is tough.

Oh, and congrats on the win guys. The Rams are one of the less offensive teams that could win the Super Bowl

My two cents on who we play next is we can beat the Saints in the dome. We almost did the first time. We just need Peters and Talib to not do stupid stuff like they did most of the night. Obviously, playing the Championship game at home would give us a boost but Philadelphia proved they can beat us in the Coliseum. I think we want to beat both team as we owe them a loss. It is a pretty tough ordeal. You don't get to the Snooperbowl on a gimme. It is a earn-it affair. We shall see though so stay tuned.

Won't disagree with that but I think that Brees will once again slice and dice our secondary, much worse than what Dak did tonight. And I think it wouldn't matter where we played and that would happen.
Would much rather face the Eagles as I think playing in Los Angeles would help a lot. Would just need to find a way to contain Fletcher Cox to have a shot at getting a good run game going.

i like our chances with the eagles more so than i do with the Saints... then again.. we didn't have CJ back then nor Aqib.. but we will see if Wade can coach the DBS to stop playing 20 fucking yards off the WR's....

I think a back like Anderson and our O-line playing like they did tonight will handle Fletcher Cox with some consternation but eventually beat him at his own game.

C J Anderson reminds me of Cullen Bryant. I was hoping he would get a lot of touches in this game after what he did the last two. He even got more than I thought. Goff was off IMO. If Rams had to relay on his passing I think it's a loss. Thank GOD for a awesome running game. Rams stopped the run and ran the ball like big bad bullies. That will go a long way in the playoffs. Just think if Kupp was healthy.

This offense is so much more efficient when Kupp is playing. He does so many things well and is a clutch receiver.

Missing him has been a blow to the offense in a lot of ways, but McVay is making it work so far.

Zeke Elliot got shut down

Yep. I guess the Rams got tired of hearing how Zeke was going to run all over them since they gave up 5+ yards a carry during the season.

Then, the D showed up and stopped the leagues leading rusher and held him under 50.

Way to show up front 7.

Now get to work you other 4.
