He needs to strongly consider pulling a Jameis when he left Tampa.

Sign a 1 year deal with the Rams knowing Staff is coming off an injury and there is a possibility Staff won't be ready to start the season and he could see some PT and also rehab his image after leaving the Browns and Panthers.....hell Staff could decide to retire after getting paid and a ring.
