Any smart defense would do that. Stack the line with 7 or 8 men in the box against the run and make Foles beat you.

Kind of hard to gauge though when they're on the field for over 2/3 of every game it seems like.

Against some teams you have to be able to just say 'we need to score 30 points today' and the Cardinals are one of those teams.
