The reason fans are pissed at McVay are 3 fold: 1) his drafting, 2) his game planning/lack of adjustments 3) his choice of personnel

He ignored obvious needs in the draft to take gadget players, small RB’s, etc. He ignores OL ( except for Avila ) unless it’s late in the draft or UDFA.

His game planning and lack of adjustments at halftime speak for itself.

He falls in love with certain players to the detriment of the team ( like Allen, Noteboom, etc ) . He refuses to play certain guys even when the team needs a change ( like Kendrick ). He refuses to play Tomlinson or Evans, even though the team needs their development and contribution.

...and yet won the Super Bowl just 16 months ago. What a loser.

I think the reason everyone is calling for McVay to be fired, shopson is fans have been spoiled with higher expectations by McVay. Everyone wants more all the time now. The 2018 snooperbowl loss to Bill Belicheat was blamed on McVay because he seemed to not have adjusted to the variations of the 46 defense that Belicheat employed to stop McVay's offense. If you are a supposed genius... ...well you should know these things but he didn't and the Rams got embarrassed! Then there was the Atwell debacle and etcetera, etcetera.

Another glaring, what-the-eff moment is this puzzling Fourth Round selection of Stetson Bennett. This guy is not coming back this year!! What is wrong with this guy besides he has a smallish, fragile body to be able to handle an NFL season? If he is that much of a head case, why on earth is the ShitferBrains twins wasting yet another draft pick when they could have picked-up another quality O-lineman like Mafi or a Center, EDGE, or another better LB or even a kicker??!!

LA is title town. Lakers, Dodgers, even the Kings have more titles in LA than the Rams.

And the Lakers moved on from Vogel shortly after they won in 2020.

It’s about “what gave you done for me lately”, and frankly, he hasn’t done much. He is like Martz- stuck in his way and refuses to change and adapt.

I'm not asking for forever. It's only been a year and a half, laden with key injuries and a huge influx of rookies. We're not talking about Marvin Lewis here...
