No I don't think his salary guarantees. The rules this year allow for guys to be called uo twice for no reason and unlimited times for covid reasons. After two times player must be brought onto 53 or released. Since Carr a vet he can be released without waivers after 2 callups so we could cut him and resign him to PS the next day and repeat all year long
