I commented that you should see the hit before you make that assumption. You get butthurt and cry and so forth and so on.

So a hit to the head that was intentional is not the same as a hit to the head that was intentional.

Did Ericksson lay on the ice for a few minutes and miss some games with a concussion?

That's why I was asking earlier, because Rob Ray said that Erickkson was partly at fault for not keeping his head up and being aware of his surroundings on that play.

To be fair the hit was pretty late. Not much reason for Eriksson to think that a hit might be incoming. The responsibility here is on Scott. I'm just shocked that Scott could get anywhere near Eriksson.

The problem from a discipline standpoint is that WHEN Scott is suspended it won't hurt the Sabres one iota.

Any time missed by Eriksson hurts the Bruins.

Point of impact with Lucic & Miller was shoulder to shoulder while Scott targeted Eriksson's head with an elbow.

Very strange to see Claude Julien come out in the media and say this. I do not recall ever hearing him call out a player on any team in the media before.
