Imagine the worst bunch of jackasses you could imagine, then laugh at yourself for having such a small imagination. That was Hawks fans early in the season here. No joke.

Some of the Chiefs fans were pretty ridiculous too back when they were undefeated

Just got home after partying with friends in downtown. Remember that scene in the wizard of oz right before the house lifted off. Yep, that's Seattle right now. I was surfing across the 520 floating bridge.

Brees and the passing attack in this soup is screwed. Go Seahawks!!!

Looks like 30mph winds with scattered showers. Hard to tell what the rain will look like because it's too soon for the weather radar but it says about half an inch of rain is predicted today. I'm going to bet the rain won't be so bad but the wind will be a big factor in the Saints offense.

Both passing attacks will be equally as screwed if the weather is that bad at gametime. It will come down to who runs the ball the best - and that's probably going to be the Seahawks.

I don't think I have ever been part of a thread that exposed more complete idiots than this one has

Are you fucking kidding me? The weather singlehandedly kept New Orleans in the game. Seattle dropped two GIMMEE interceptions, the one turned into a 50 yard play. Seattle also botched the onside kick. New Orleans couldn't pass as well sure, but Seattle didn't pass well at all either. Wilson missed atleast 3 or 4 easy completions on 3rd down due to the wind.

No one said the Saints would win because of the weather, they said it would make the game closer and give them a better chance to win and it did.

Weather helped the Saints big time. Seattle was dropping more balls (the slants) and they dropped 2 interceptions for sure... Brees probably would've thrown 3 or so had it not been raining. Then the onside kick that Tate just flat out muffed.

Nice win Seattle. You did what a great team should do. Find a way to win when you are not playing great.
