arians isnt young , quiin had a team in place for him , harbaugh had a team in place for him , mccarthy had a team in place for him , kelly has turned into urine , whisehunt the same but again those guys all took over teams who would let them get their program in place and didnt can them after 2 years

I hate to say it but Kelly is looking a heck of a lot better than Gruden at this time. I realize that the Skins beat the Eagles (barely), but the Eagles are currently trending in the rt direction while the Skins are definitely heading in the wrong direction. I hate the Eagles as much as any Redskins fan, but you have to be honest when making these comparisons.
