TCU moves from 22nd to 8th.
No KSU at all.
Iowas State at 22 even though they lost everybody.
No Texas but Michigan is 13......really.

TCU surprised me.

ISU didn't lose a whole lot. They got their QB, RB, and a reliable WR. It is fair for them to be lowly ranked in no-defense Big 12 and an Iowa team whose D lost a few key players.

I thought Michigan was too high myself. Don't have a problem with Texas or KState not ranked.

CBS has Mich State way too high.

It doesn't bother me that every month we have a "Way too Early
Top 25 poll."

It doesn't bother me that most of those polls have everybody ranked
but UTEP and Buffalo.

It doesn't bother me that the polls can't get the one's in August correct, let alone the one's in April.

But what does bother me and it bothers me a lot is that I keep
responding to them

Michigan’s biggest issue last year was at QB. They finished with the #3 defense and return everyone but Hurst. If Shea Patterson hadn’t transferred in — UM would have been lucky to crack the top 25.

I think 13th-15th is about right for UM. Now if they would have put them in the top 10, I’d agree wholeheartedly, that’d be ridiculous.

UM’s biggest hurdle this year is — they play Wisconsin, Penn State, Ohio State, Michigan State and Notre Dame. With ND, OSU and MSU games on the road. So their schedule is brutal.
