Friggin ey, Manning never had a chance. What happened with Denver's oline? Seattle's secondary looks as if they knew what plays were being run. 3-4 guys in on every tackle. Those turn overs and batted balls by Petyon ; you almost feel sorry for the man. Wished Petyon was a little more mobile. It may have bought him a few more seconds.

Seattle really had an answer for everything. Not to mention they didn't turn the ball over and Wilson hit some money 3rd downs.

Huge difference in the game.

I have the whole game on DVR. I've rewatched the first half so far, but I haven't been watching it all at once.

This one is gonna hog up space on my DVR for quite some time.

I'll pull it out from time to time like a bottle of fine brandy.

Spy Gate?..............:noidea:

Seattle players are all reporting that they saw tendencies in previous game's tape and Denver stuck to those tendencies. The Hawks players also figured out Mannings hand signals early in the game, so they knew what was coming. It really appeared that the Broncos just came in thinking what they had done all year was unstoppable and when Seattle stuffed everything they tried to do, they had no answers and just quit. Heck, Moreno got hit hard early in the 3rd qtr and never came back, he quit on his team in the biggest game of his life...pathetic.

Even as a 9ers fan I still get bored by the blow-out wins in the SBs that the 9ers have won that have been such. I never bother to watch them. I love a close game...but that is just me. I'm sure others love the kill in a game.

But if the 49ers only had one SB victory and it was 2 days ago, tell me you would not have watched it again at least one more time?

What I've noticed in the replay is all the dialog I missed with all of the yelling and cheering we were doing during the actual game.

Seriously, this was the most complete football game ever played by a team from this region. Why on earth wouldn't we want to see it again? :noidea: That will go down as one of the best defensive performances in SB history. Lopsided? Yes. Boring to a Hawks fan? Not a fucking chance.

The reason why no other fan of a team other than the 'Hawks would care to watch it. We can't even get some decent game planning from such a shit game.

I had it recording. But it being such a wipe out I erased it and never watched the game again.

And I hate Denver since since beady eyed Shanarat was a coach, I'm surprised Snyder took so long to fire him from the Deadskins.

I think the 3-4 guys on everyone was mostly based on the fact that Manning wouldn't toss it more than 3 years down field. Wilson was extremely impressive to me because when his name was called he made some beautiful passes that only his guy could get.

You must not have the coaches film available on nfl rewind. There were plenty of open receivers, manning just panicked and was going short. I don't really agree with a lot of the conventional fan analysis at all. You should pay for it and check it out, and watch the plays carefully. You will see the game differently. Not every play, sure, but most Peyton had options that normal Peyton sees. He didn't. It's bizarre.

Manning had a pocket that kept collapsing. That keeps you from being able to see things.

I watched part of it again but it turned out exactly the same. So much for parallel universes.
