Kipers mock draft was put up with us taking Lock #15. Jones was taken at #32 by the Pats. Haskins was a top 10 pick. Murray went #13 to the phins. After Kiper praising Lock for performing against top defenses then they put Louis Riddick on bashings Locks mechanics and he said he wasn't sold on him.
What I gathered from this is that there will be no need to trade up for a QB if both Lock and Jones will be available at #13. Plus if you factor in Foles and Tanny getting starting jobs both QB's should be there
