Nothing wrong with that tier approach. Jimmy is as high as 11 in that list, but could be as low as 23. If we say he is somewhere in the middle of that group, that is totally fair.

I think I had him as 8, 9 or 10 on my list somewhere on this site, but if someone has him at 11 or the teens or even 20, there's nothing crazy about it. When you're talking about the 32 best people in any position, there is probably not actually that much that separates them.
