Offensively I feel better.

We are just very solid across the board Offensively.

Defensively I will have to wait and see. I saw us get torched on FAU's first drive of the game and that was just enough to fuck my day up. I don't care one bit how they did the rest of the game. I do not believe yet that our Defense is worth a damn.

what team do you think sets off the melt down or exposure. fresno missed carr miami needs a qb

the think that gets me about bo defense is when there is a big breakdown there is someone wr running loose or wide open . now against the fau it won't hurt us but against top teams it kills us.

I also hope the hype doesn't get to us . we could easily be top 15 by the time conference play start and maybe even near top 10

I'm trying to be more positive, but you said the other day that when I predict a loss I gloat when I am right. Believe me, if I appeared to gloat it was purely accidental.

Keep in mind that fans with either shallow or deep pockets DO have the right to be critical of certain things such as the continual discipline and turnover problems we have seen when playing against the better teams. All teams will have those problems crop up from time to time, but we're not seeing that continual crap from other premier programs. I, like every other Nebraska fan are hopeful we don't see that this season, at least to the extent we have seen the last few years.

I hope they can get their W in their showcase OOC game this year and next. Since the two W's against Washington, it has been awhile since they have won at least one of the two marquee games out of conference. Lets not hope that this is their 5-6 turnover and 10+ flag games that happen at least once a year. Hopefully those days are gone, seemed to happen once or twice a season in the Martinez days

I was just thinking about that bc va tech swept us too outside of Washington Marque out of conference games have been slim under bo. that gotta change hopefully we can swept miami Tennessee series

That Holiday Bowl was where Bo's team actually started to get bad. You think back to the games we lost that season......yea Texas was just brutal to watch, but even that loss wasn't terrible. A&M wasn't a bad loss. OU wasn't a bad loss. I hate the way we lost those games, but those were quality opponents and we lost by 1 score in each of those contests.
