They can hype all they went. The players and coaches in that hype video were Redskins and have no tie to a new name. I will never think of them as anything but Redskins.

Part 2 - Snyder keeps using the glory year videos as if he is a part of that. He is NOT. He is a failed, miserable, turd of an owner. His legacy as an owner of the former Redskins and whatever shitball name he comes up with be remembered for how bad it is/was.

I think what has to be remembered is Dan and Bruce started a fight with Mike Shanahan over the Griffin thing. They also delivered McNabb to the Shanahan's who did not want that move. So when Mike is gone then Kyle is gone and you don't think McVay or LaFleur were going to stay with all of that pettiness.

First, McVay did stay and he was groomed under Jay for 3 years as our OC

He likely would have been our HC except Jay was coming off back to back 'winning' seasons (still not better than 9 wins iirc) and FO chose not to fire him to elevate Sean. doubt Sean would have gone with a move like that anywho.

Kyle goes to Browns (1 yr) and Falcons (3 yrs also loses spectacularly in SB to Pats) think he went to the texans for 2 years as well

then finally Kyle gets a HC chance at 49ers.

Lafleur goes to the titans I think (?). still as a QB coach, gets picked up by Kyle in Atlanta, goes to Sean in LA and then after multiple years of additional experience gets he HC gig at GB

Mine is Dan wouldn't know talent or know how to keep talent if he did recognize it. You can say whatever you want, all three are coaching this weekend. Washington is out of the playoffs. It is what Dan does.

My point is the stance of lolskins regarding this. The narrative that we let 3 HC go as if it wasn't 6 to 8 greats of continued growth before these guys got a shot. And good on them they are all talented
