How would you get rid of Simmons?

I wouldn’t. I would part with Embiid. Simmons actually makes players better. Embiid does not. Embiid is also made of glass. I’ll take 10+ years of high level play from Simmons over 5 years of Embiid until he isn’t a great player anymore.

Depends on the guards. Beal is a better defender than D'Lo to begin with. The major problem I had with D'Lo's fit was that he wasn't a plus defender.

Yeah I mean as of right now...they aren't forced to do anything. That could change if Embiid wants out or if money becomes an issue and Harris/Horford are pieces they can't move...then it gets dicey.

If the Sixers are smart, they shop both Embiid and Simmons but always with an eye on keeping the guy they can build around. So many reasons Simmons is better for that than Embiid. I would call Washington and talk Embiid/Beal and pair up Wall with Embiid. I think that’s a move that Washington would do. That’s a great player coming back at least. Warriors fans just want to dump their trash and grab an All NBA player. Wiggins is ass. Nobody wants that clown. 1) He doesn’t give a fuck 2) He is a bust with huge holes in his game that because of number 1 will never be fixed.

Harris and Horford are two awful contracts. And that goes into my keep Simmons ship Joel assessment. Simmons actually makes those players you’re stuck with better. Harris is a better player paired with Simmons. If Embiid moves Horford actually has a role on the team. Adding a shooter like Beal who can also get his own shot to go with role guys like:

So you would be in favor of a Beal-Embiid swap? Never heard a rumor of this just saying...maybe an overall player downgrade but seems like a better fit alongside Simmons and Harris.
