OK so here's my take on the future. The core four are going to be here at least 2 more years. For the next 2 years I really can't see anyone knocking them off (barring catastrophic injury), unless some team like the Spurs gets a big upgrade. I don't think that's in the cards.

But after 2 years Klay is a free agent. After 4 titles in 5 years and being maybe the overlooked guy, maybe Klay says I'm ready to go lead my own team. Not sure that works as he can't really create his own shot consistently but we'll see. Draymond is a FA the next year. He may think the same.

I can definitely see the Warriors "only" winning 2 more. Thoughts?

Depends on who comes back, what other teams do to improve.

But, two sounds more than reasonable today.

We will know more over the Summer.

...it will take a significant upgrade by most teams to even get to game 6 against this current incarnation of the Warriors.

I think is almost a lock barring a surprising injury or a player taking a huge paycut to play for a contender.

Even when Klay leaves this will be a very very good team.

Two more sounds more than reasonable. For the time being, Cleveland and San Antonio are the only teams that have a shot at knocking the Dubs off. To be a dynasty, IMO you have to have 3 titles with your core players. Your core has two titles in a 3 year span. They repeat and you have yourselves a dynasty.

Yeah a core of Durant and Curry should still be formidable depending on who else they have. They will be the wrong side of 30 though.

I could see them wining 2.

I could also see them winning 5 or 6. It depends on whether or not they can group the core together. It is possible that they do.

Every single one of these guys have games that will age well because of how skilled they are. If they stay together and stay healthy, they could win a ton.

Of course, we are getting way far ahead of ourselves here.

3 in total, 2 more. The Spurs will be back most likely stronger and we dont know what will happen in the offseason, maybe some other super team will form, you just never know. KD probably had the best postseason of his career, can he keep it up? The Spurs will be a test every year if they stay healthy and injuries happen so you have to take that into consideration. I say 3 total, which is pretty damn good.

I think the gap is so gigantic between them and the Cavs/Spurs, and the gap between them and everyone else, I dont know if there is a word out there we could use......Even with the expected loss of some key pieces like Iggy or Livingston, I still just dont see how this team doesnt win a minimum of 2 or 3 more now
