i know they said it was legal, I'm just not sure how this is considered legal. Obviously Welker was taking out Talib, not to hurt him, but to open up the Thomas. If done right I can see how it's legal but this was blatant.

Yeah people really need to let that go. IMO it was a timing play and Wes was suppose to block Talib. Talib got hurt it happens and IMO the hit occurred at the same time the pass hit the receiver. This is just bad luck.

There's nothing wrong with that tackle, he was just doing his job and made a legal hit to spring his guy....Talib saw him coming and was prepared for the mediocre hit, he is a good player but very injury prone. He always gets hurt in big games....And I don't even like Welker, but the truth is the truth and the league saw it the same way.

Pretty sure Seattle has 2 pages of people talking about this very topic on their own board so I don't think this is some Bronco fans getting their panties in a bunch. I do think it is a Seattle player trying to see if he can get a call in the game that otherwise wouldn't have been called.

To me though not sure calling out physical play is the best thing to do since Seattle benefits from a game where the refs let the players play.
