Atleast the state of Alabama had it on display in one of the largest retailers in the world, this is laughable.

Doubtful. There is an apparent push from the top to make the whole chain an ethnic thang. With all the hispanics down here that might seem like a solid business plan, but their idea of ethnic is liberally applying a layer of filth and hiring the dreggs to deal with the public. From what i hear the ad says "with every purchase of $250 dollars or an equal amount in food stamps, you too can get your picture taken with the BCS trophy. WIC or other forms of government subsistence not eligible."
