James Blackman belongs in Tier VI, the "Why is this guy starting for a great program" tier.

Dumb list because Tua and Lawrence deserve to be in a tier by themselves.

With what Oklahoma has done with transfers the last 2 years, and with what he's already done himself, I think you gotta put Jalen Hurts on at least the fringe of those 2.

Do you have a minute to talk about Joe Burrow?

Cole McDonald from Hawaii actually got that type of recognition!? I dig it. Kid is a BEAST. Definitely one of the premiere dual threats around.

He gotta tweak his throwing motion though. Wind-up is too far back.

I am surprised Iowa doesn't have a quarterback named like Kowalcyzk and am surprised he isn't rated in tier 1.

Hurts should probably move up to Tier II, Herbert & Ehlinger down to Tier II.
Eason should be in Tier III, and so should Tate & DeVito. About half of Tier III should drop to Tier IV.
Bryant & Fields make more sense in Tier IV.
A good chunk of Tier II should be relegated to Tiers III & IV.

Failed post. Any of the Wazzu QB’s who will end up taking a snap are better QB’s than Jalen Hurts. Average QB’s dominate the SEC but real QB’s dominate the Big 12 and Pac 12.
