that is a pretty strong staff. The bullpen is where you're potentially weak.

I love Hahn this year and Erasmo Ramirez is a peripherals favorite. He also could be another Nolasco.

Quintana's got two starts. I am a big fan of his this year, especially if you're in a league with quality starts. I'm thinking this is the year he turns some more of those into wins. Not a big strikeout guy, but is reliable and will give you a lot of innings.

is this a daily league and are u limited in pitching starts?
Ramirez is starting the year in the BP due to schedule
so i could see dropping perez or ramirez for a 2 start pitcher

Yeah I know they are all worse than what I got but I want starts.. 10 starts a week... Saves count highly as well.

That is not a strong pitching staff at all. He has 1 top 40 SP. Quintana is a as solid as they come but has little upside. Ventura could be very good, but last year he was not. Everyone else could be droppable in a league where you only get 10 starts per week, even Teheran.

Quality is king in a league where you have strict limits on starts/innings. You need to be very aggressive picking up pitchers with the bottom half of your roster. Streaming matchups is a good idea until you can come up with a strong 6-7 that you can trust weekly.

I would actually drop a couple of those guys + the 3 hitters you mentioned and grab some prospect arms. Your team is at least 2 years away from being competitive and you will have a really tough time getting there without a rebuild around young talent. Sometimes, in keeper leagues you have to be really bad before you can be good again. Being young and bad is far preferable to being old and mediocre. Neither is winning you a title, but at least the young team gives you a chance for the future.

I had to drop Bauer for Eickhoff. Was there a better alternative? The Bauer demotion screwed up my depth I had to add someone. Eickhoff is someone that might surprise and be as good as Nola.
