 Can totally tell who has a gambling problem. Most of the CBSers still have 500 in vcash. Not Zig - he's already made some money.

What's the Vcash ?

Awesome national anthem in Boston last nite.....Sabres/Bruins on center ice saluting the fans after the game was also great.....

Kind of cringed when they played sweet caroline in yankee stadium though....awful song.....

Pretty moving - although I do think the Bruins choking that game away kinda deflated it. I mean come on - that's at least two games they've ended up losing on last minute goals.

im willing to bet "accident" is more easily accepted/digested than "someone killed your mother and father on purpose"

No different than the school shootings or any other tragedy...it's only "unnecessary" now because it happened in your backyard

And it's never "wow....a whole 2 people died, big whoop"

Unless i happens in Boston...and....well...you're "you"....

Agreed 100%.

Not sure I can ever recall seeing so many people rush to judge/condemn those who were equally upset about any other events, though.

Then again. There were no jabs to be made at the city of Boston by people doing that, either...

Get it?

No I have no idea what you're trying to say

Everyone outside of boston fans has reacted the same to the bombings as they would and have to any other tragedy...boston fans have reacted as though this was the single worst thing to happen in america ever...and that the rest of us are scum for treating it like any other tragedy

You are fucking moronic...I have a buddy that was in the tower...and he was lucky enough to get out so no harm was done to him.

You think he was unaffected by that. That most of his friends and coworkers didn't get out?

Just fucking stop.

dirt said it, not me

only people affected can be affected by terrorism...otherwise, its just geography n stuff

Get it?

1. 9/11 was so much more horrific from the video to the outfall so there weren't as many joking.
2. 9/11 definitely has thickened our skin to somewhat divert ourselves from the tragic events. I don't think any of us would say the things we said to any victims or anybody actually helping in Boston.

you dont get it

this is a NY/boston thing to you...its the first act of terror in this country since 9/11 that has claimed lives

and down and buccs should slap you as they have, me

i mean, its all death

why separate the 2?

have at it guys if youre going to be equal opportunity knit pickers

My sensitivity to the whole thing originated in NY, and people that just needed the attention by dramatizing their grief, when in reality, they were attention seeking nutjobs

I'd love to see all of my comments on the waco thing if you don't mind

since I didn't try to discuss the bombings and I was labelled a scumbag...I wonder why you didn't try to label my similarly for the waco thing
