Yeah glad we made the move to this place while we did. Much better layout, everything is a lot cooler here.

I thought he was pretty smart, too. Admittedly, he was a bit aggressive with his facts. Still wish he was around though. Would have loved to have seen what he thought about the Richards and Carter deals.

On another note, anyone remember Achdugmiente (Spelled something like that, lulz) from ESPN. He posts on HF now. Guess he slipped by without an invite.

all the guys bolded in this list at least made an appearance here i think.. some came before the team boards and left when there wasn't a devoted flyer board.. i was back and forth with the espn board for a while for the same reason.. but once they got team boards here i was all about the hoop

He and Scottflyer or whatever his name was. I posted (2 years ago) we sould play 4 defensive pairings since we had such depth. I forget who the 8 were but they were a great group, before injuries added up. Anyway, he thought I was serious. Would not let it go after saying 20 times that no club had dressed 8. Maybe 7 would be good but 8 was crazy. Blah, blah, blah............

A few of these guys had some good points but God forbid if you ever disagreed with them. I remember going at it pretty good wityh a few including anderwho, scottflyers88, hckgoalie31, and mrfreeze. Oh well, most of the guys that remain at the dump are asses anyway. A few guys are ok, but god forbid if you spell something wrong or if you have a crazy thought. Anyone remember the 10 pager I had with kegtap? Later his brother came on and said he had died. The whole thing was about Jvr. Where was las when I needed help. I basically said Jvr and his parents were using college to get a better deal from Homer. went on for weeks.

Kegtap, I remember his posts. I really enjoyed his insight on the Philly sports teams. I really did. I also remember when his brother did come on the Eagles board and mentioned that he died. Just felt bad because it's like what do you say? My condolences to you and your family even though we don't know one another. It was weird. Anyway, a guy who I used to enjoy and still do every now and then over on the ESPN board is Mattfreb? Something like that. He seems like a good character guy.

Are you sure about that? I thought his death was just prior to the Phils WS championship? Maybe he did.

I actually went to check these out today -- and the page redirected to a 404. Did ESPN let their irrational NHL hate filter over to the boards?

Edit -- Dig the Voracek deal. Good term and price, IMO.
