Great News! He doesnt really get talked about that much with this class, but his mix of size and athleticism is special imo.

diggs would be such a massive get if we could pull him in. have we ever gotten a commitment from a wide receiver that highly ranked (#8 overall)? he'd likely also bring wes brown with him if he did decide on us.

I think you are right. What were Macho, Tyrod and Marcus ranked?

tyrod and macho were the lowest 5 stars, as in the next player down was a 4 star. they were mid 20's. marcus was higher, #8 overall. same as diggs.

on marcus thats a good call, i actually didnt realize he was that highly rated. +1.

still dont think we've ever had a wide receiver ranked as high as diggs. imagine having a playmaker like that at wide receiver. i realize its wishful thinking at this stage, but its nice to be in the running for multiple elite players this year. i feel like most years we have no shot with 5* guys that do not play high school ball in virginia.

My guess is it's a late night favorite for a lot of folks who can get a lot of detailed, up-to-date recruiting information in just this one thread. This site is just an excellent, all-in-one, easy to read resource for anybody interested in Tech football and recruiting.
