He's a jerk, but it wasn't intentional. Papis ran him off the track on the straight. JV's tires got dirty and he was busy trying to regain control. As a result, he missed the braking zone, the car wheel hopped when he slammed the brakes, and Danica just happened to be in the way.

True, it wasn't intentional, but did you see his interview after the race? He basically said he didn't care what anyone thought about it. This is the reason why no one wants him as their full time driver, he is an arrogant French asshole.
