After the Ducks choked badly at the Beavs last night, this game becomes even more significant for the Huskies on who could represent the PACN in the PAC12Champ game. Should be a great game today as both teams always show up when playing each other. Huskies want to stay undefeated to keep a NY6 bid / PAC12Champ game in their sights.

Yep. I've generally liked what I've seen so far from the game planning and execution standpoint. But I'm still not sold on personal, particularly in the offensive passing game.

Yep. I've generally liked what I've seen so far from the game planning and execution standpoint. But I'm still not sold on personal, particularly in the offensive passing game.

The general green look of the WR corps is an issue, but that's not Donovan's fault. One of Petersen's biggest issues last year was his stubborn game planning of barely using the younger studs at WR, and instead just passing to Fuller or Bachellia on almost every freaking play which had me screaming at the tv all season long. The talent is there, but they lack real game experience. Many of them didn't even get a spring practice this year.
I do like the changes your immediately seeing with the pass game. TEs are more involved. We're looking to create open space opportunities not just on the edges, but in the middle of the field as well. On paper, we are loaded at WR. But we now got to put them to use.

Looks like Tuli is still not ready to go and will not play today. Expect to see players like Bandes and Tuitele working the middle more today to make up for it.
