Right? And the first half had two when there was te Portuguese player down for atleast two minutes bc his beard got hurt. Unreal.

I understand the second half usually has more stoppage time, but it shouldn't have been 5.

We got fucked as usual. But I knew when Bradley gave that ball away so stupidly in midfield we were in trouble. We were the better team overall, but you can't make those mistakes and not expect to get punished for them.

We played good boys. As Howard said we gave up 2 goals that could easily be prevented. We looked good especially on the attack all night long

I agree. We had double digit opportunities to score. And we moved the ball fairly well. I think if we play the same way against Germany we have a great chance to move on.

Stop trying to bitch about FIFA rules. Starting saturday you will get 30 minutes of ET if it is tied after 90+ minutes.

I was impressed with how the us played. The first goal Portugal scored was complete luck, but we got back in it and even took the lead. Honestly though, we can probably go through on a loss. I'm proud of this team.

Pretty much. Both are unlikely to happen though. I think that game is a wide open draw or one team win by 1 goal.


I'll be a Portugal fan to be on the safe side. A 2 GD isn't impossible to make up.

I agree...

Bradley played better than the last game, but he was not helping the cause late. If he would have cleared that last ball in middle he had Portugal never has their last chance.
