The GD should get us in, even if we lose vs Germany. Is that the 1st tie breaker? I'd assume it is, but I really have no idea.

No, Ghana needs to beat Portugal by 1 and have the US lose by 1 to tie the goal diff. Then it would come down to goals scored.
