It seems some of these college coaches, all filled with their bravado after abusing pre-NFL players, think they can pull that off with “more adult” players. Most college coaches are A-holes, Urban a shining example.

While Meyer's contract situation was never made public, reports indicated that he's making between $10 and $12 million per season for six years. Should the Jags fire Meyer following the 2021 season, that would leave as much as $60 million on the books through 2026.

Urban has a 2-11 record. But then, when Jimmy Johnson took over the Cowboys he was 1-15 his first season. They kept him though...Dallas had never really fired a head coach in their history at that time (Landry was the head coach for from 1960-88 until he retired)...so, 4 years later Johnson's team won Super Bowl...and another one a year later.

I thought Jerry fired Landry on the golf course? Or at least told him he was going to have to accept retirement.

Da fuck? He needs to blame himself. Someone shove a football in his mouth to shut him the hell up.

He lost what little credibility he had left with his disgusting cover up of that POS Z. Smith was made public.

Blames everybody but himself. No wonder he was a loser…

Didn’t think it was possible, but an NFL franchise found someone with a bigger ego than Josh McDaniles

Funny story about Josh McD. I remember him playing in high school. His dad's an Ohio HS coaching legend.

Not a bad comparison. But the big difference is back then the Cowboys had all those draft picks after the Vikings gave up way too much to get H. Walker. The Jags have nothing like that. Their rebuild will take much long than the Cowboys back in the day.

And Jimmy didn't make a first class ass outta himself his first year in Dallas.

I wonder if Jerry Jones even sent the Vikings a thank you card for what has to be the most lopsided trade ever?
