From ESPN:
"Of all of the newcomers to Cincinnati Bengals camp, it seems that Rex Burkhead the sixth-round pick out of Nebraska, was the one who Marvin Lewis could not stop raving about.
"Just the quickness in line, the ability to stick his foot in the ground and go from Point A to Point B," Lewis said of Burkhead. "Just the things you saw from him on tape. His abilities as a receiver. I think he’ll be a guy also who will really uplift us on special teams and compete to be one of our core guys."
Cincinnati really tried to boost their offensive unit through this year's draft and already have big plans for both Notre Dame tight end Tyler Eifert and North Carolina running back Giovani Bernard. But don't be too surprised to see Lewis's love for the underdog Burkhead - and the back's role - to grow steadily as minicamp gets into full swing."
