1. Get a good up and comer that you know you'll lose to P5s if/when they have success.
2. A decent recycled/former head coach who already has their money sack full from high paying P5 jobs.

I am not delusional about the university, and am well aware of their shit past and program. I do think that they will have recruiting power that they have never had before with both new facilities. I dont even know who is available, but keep in mind they probably wont be spending a ton of money.

Hire Rhett Lashlee. He was Gus Malzahn's OC then went to UConn and now is at SMU. He is young, cheap and understands the HUNH offense as well as anyone.

The only question is can he recruit but if he gets the right QB he could do well in the MW.
