13 games seems like a lot when most guys will get like 1 or 2 games for a DUI. He's basically going to miss UNLV's entire non-conference schedule. Did he have some past transgressions or something? Why 13 games?

That's what everyone is saying. This can't be the first issue.

Good win, I guess. Cal Poly is good team, for a first game. The Reba should have won by 8, and after leading big after the half, I thought they were on their way.
All that said, more than cautiously optimistic, actually excited, moderately anyway.

So do you think UNLV gets ranked in the top 25? They have beaten to ranked teams, and their only loss is to UCLA, who beat Kentucky. I think they should be, but I am also trying very hard to not let my expectations get all out of wack.

I think they should be ranked too based on the teams they beat. However I kinda hope they are just outside the top 25 this week. i don't want these guys to big headed this early in the season.

My feelings exactly too. They had a slump there in the last game where they started playing hero ball again. The reckless play at times is severely unnerving.

Well is the only way into the NCAA tourney winning the MWC tourney?
From the way it looks now the Mountain West may only get 1 bid possibly 2 depends how things shake out. Can't have bad losses, playing those garbage teams really hurts the RPI.
