cant Tejas just legalize it so he can play...damn
Not following this super closely, but isn't he just eligible until his appeal hearing, and then if it is upheld he's suspended again?
They never went through with the additional year.
He's clear to play next week.
Cowboys gon' win the Superbowl.

The way the NFL operates, they're not gonna let him come back and play only to suspend him the next season for something they had knowledge of prior to his return.
Exactly. If he were going to be suspended again, he already would be.
Still a pretty safe bet he fails another drug test. If he was broke on the streets he'd suck dick for pot. Not crack, pot.
He's shown he's willing to throw it all away for it over and over.
Can't disagree with you one bit. The kid has bigger issues than just the ganja. Starting with maturity.
No. He's very mature and intelligent. The fact that he's gotten this far dealing with being bipolar is actually pretty fucking impressive.

Having a brother-in-law who is bi-polar and seeing the negative effects pot has had on him (not to mention his unwillingness to own his issues until after he put my wifes' folks through the financial wringer), I really hope he gets the picture that he owns his actions. He has a heck of a story he can tell that could have a positive impact on others in the same boat he is.
I'll just leave it at that.
