So it looks like we need to bring in Sheldon Price asap! He's a CB out of UCLA who's 6'2" with a 4.4 40 time, long arms, fluid hips and good ball skills and experience in man coverage. He'd be a great guy to bring through camp and then stick on the practice squad for the year.

Could be moved to safety as well.

Waddle, Fauria, and Carder are all highly regarded guys that could have been drafted in the 6-7 rounds without much second guessing.

Fauria and Waddle should be able to make the roster and Carder the practice squad.

Hey muzz, Carder was at Western. But I wouldn't doubt if your old man was talking about Cody Kater. He might be CMUs starting QB this year. Battling it out with a kid from my high school. (He was the last guy to beat the ol' YellowJackets....... Three years ago)

I have been critical of alot of Mayhew's moves the last two seasons so I have to give him credit on a few of these UDFAs.

Waddle has a good chance to make the roster and Fauria and Alex Carder would be solid picks for the practice squad. I would have liked to have seen Johnny Adams and Craig Roh as well as a few others but if Mayhew gets 2-4 guys that stick from the UDFAs and I think he did it was a solid effort.

You'd have to assume so. Big mistake on his part. Somebody needs to start getting to these kids early. The barber will lead you down the road to ruin if you're not careful. (Ricky Williams didn't last long once those locks were gone...)
