All that being said, I'm going to say 41-30 UCLA. But I wouldn't be suprised if it was 20-17 Nebraska.

I know everybody knows it, but I will repeat.

Nebraska has been a bettors favorite since the 1980s. The line will usually open with a Nebraska bias because the oddsmakers know a ton of money will be bet on Nebraska in the beginning. The oddsmakers only want the vigorish, they don't want a HUGE win or a HUGE loss.

Plus, UCLA is not a bettor favorite, the Los Angeles poster child is USC. The sportsbooks made a bundle with USC losing to Wazzou. Most bettors bet USC.

The smart money should be betting UCLA and taking the points.

Wyoming plays FCS Northern Colorado in a border war. Not much money ever gets bet on Wyoming, and I doubt there has ever been a line on Northern Colorado.

I just looked, no odds on the Wyoming Northern Colorado game. If someone was willing to bet it, the sportsbooks would be willing to do it, but if no one asks, no line is put out.
