have to look at offensive of opponents. Alabama has been coasting against weak sec offenses since a&m game...have we forgotten about giving up 45 points in that game?

Gave that up and still have the top ranked scoring defense in the nation and have played two top 20 teams and three is you count time of playing them. 9.7 points a game makes for a stout defense.

42..get it right. 21 in 4th quarter against prevent. We did outscore them 35 to zip going into 4th after they jumped
early 14. They are much more scary then these two teams.

I am using teams we played that are or have been ranked, just as Oregon does. Facts are facts, Bama has the number 5 defense in the country at this point and Oregon doesnt and from the games i have seen them play, they are not as good as billed on either side. TAMU has as good an offense scoring wise and Bama beat them with a very young defense which has gelled nicely of late.
