But what I am getting at is...Kirby wasnt great at anything. Lofton was. Kirby could have won 10 ships but Lofton was a pretty damn good leadoff hitter and he will be in the HOF soon. He had one of the flashest gloves and Griffey-esque gloves in center.

Btw I am mainly messing with you. Kirby is underrated, he just isnt as underrated as YOU think

Averaging that 17 an 70 lolzzz. The fact is he was a great hitter but he was wasnt great at getting on base??? How does that work. When you have a .320 lifetime average and your OBP is .360 that is not good. When you hit .290 and have an obp of .375 it means you do a lot more than just get singles. You draw walks, you score runs, etc.
