It was kind of a f'd situation to begin with. The timing of it all probably lead to no other choice, damned when you do, damned when you don't. Just imagine the outrage if they would have found out about it elsewhere. I'd rather get an email than find out about it on the net, or news.

well, he should have tried an contacted everyone and gotten them into a room. If he only gets 50% fine, but some is better than 0. i said it in the other thread, by email was a horrible way to do it.
