The Cavaliers held a players-only meeting following Wednesday's 29-point loss to the Minnesota Timberwolves, multiple sources told ESPN.com. But the meeting got contentious, and players confronted each other, according to sources.

In a loss at the Chicago Bulls on Monday, Cavs coach Mike Brown and star guard Kyrie Irving got into an exchange on the bench after Brown pulled Irving from the game.

The Cavaliers also have been making lineup changes recently, as several players' roles have been changing.
Irving is struggling, shooting just 38 percent from the field and 32 percent from 3-point range. He was just 5-of-16 shooting in the loss to the Bobcats.

Irving, who is averaging a team-leading 19.3 points and 7.2 assists, took to Twitter after Friday's loss

I never thought Brown was a good coach. Only reason he had success at Cleveland before is LBJ.

I hated when they signed Brown.

Rather than fire the coach...again they need to fire management, CEOs, Gilbert, and anybody else who has made a decision for that team.

Didn't they fire brown...then rehire him? Ton's of competence oozing from every orifice of that franchise...and we blame LBJ for leaving

This has nothing to do with Brown. This team plays with energy and has great ball movement for a few minutes and then decides to play iso and jack up ill contested shots. Irving isn't playing well at all so far this year. The only bright spots have been Alonso Gee, Varejao (as always), and TT.

Kyrie is overrated, he's got plenty of talent but has not shown whatsoever that he can use it in a way to make himself a superstar

You don't just stumble into lottery picks year after year, it takes commitment to incompetence that only some GMs, Owners, and staff possess and but seemingly endless fans will put up with. :D

Sounds like a Mike Brown offense to me. Maybe you just forgot. Cuz I seem to remember a lot of that with teams he's coached. His problem now is instead of Hall of Fame players taking those shots (LBJ and Kobe), you've got Kyrie Irving (when healthy) and Dion Waiters. Pretty big dropoff there even if Kyrie is a budding all star (but still very raw in a few areas).

They'll just do something stupid like take Anthony Bennett again

Gilbert just read this and is asking his scouts "if Bennett will be in next years draft? If so, do all the research then ignore it and take Bennett ASAP" to be the first team to ever take the same bust in 2 drafts in the history of the NBA.

I still cant get over that pick... If the Cavs get another #1 pick, watch them take McDermott or someone like that.

The Cavs and the NBA are trying so hard to build a team LBJ will want to go back to...I wonder what shady back door deal Stern had with Gilbert?

If we are talking 2013; Oladipo, Porter, or Noel.
2014: Too early to tell, one of the big 3.
