I think it’s kind of highlighting how little the position actually matters in reality. Almost all of the power of the government rests in Congress.

It's especially incredible how furious she has the Republicans since she's also pointedly refused to just follow the flow of Democrat intentions. She's direct and clear and intelligent and intense, and she's also very firmly committed to rigorous and non-partisan accuracy.
