It has been a few years so not sure what changed but honestly it wasn't difficult. Part of it was common sense on how to handle situations and they did have some direct questions like which of the following is a valid SLA?, Roles and Responsibilities and terminology (like what does the term utility mean).

I do remember the 3 day course I had we did a practice test after each section and it truly coincided with questions on the real test.

Thanks. Mostly I'm not worried b about it, which kind of worries me. Plus its a bunch of us so I wouldn't want to be the one who fails.

LOL...sadly none of it.

What is funny I did the course/test with a group of co-workers and had the same fear of being the only one failing but ended up with my certification. With that I have zero interest in re-certifying.

I don't really care too much about it. But my company is paying and not sending everyone so I really just don't want to fail the test. Plus I hear it looks good on your resume. I'll pretty much gladly accept any free training they offer.

Here's the thing though, I actually blame both sides even though I think Trump is a complete buffoon and a human wasteland of moral fiber. Just compromise and give him some funding for the wall in certain areas to test it out and where it's needed most. Because a stronger barrier IS practical and useful in certain sections of the border. Just offer him a billion for limited wall construction and both sides get a win and we all move on. The wall is (over large swaths of the border) a mostly stupid idea that doesn't even address how most illegal immigrants arrive here. But a billion in the scheme of things isn't a big deal and compromise is part of this whole democracy thing.
