"I know technology better than anyone." -Trump
How many things are we expected to believe he knows more about than anyone when it seems clear he struggles with basic grammar and reading.
What a fucking moron.
You should be skeptical of any one individual expert, or study, or whatever. But that's why there are so many. And if you're going to be incredulous of experts, why at the same time blindly defer to an idiot?

Because he provides easy answers. The economy is easy to fix, we just have to put America first. Immigration is a snap, we just have to build a wall. Health care is a piece of cake, just let me fix it. Deals are easy, just call people "mother fuckers" when you make them and they'll go against their own self interest.
You combine troubled times and people feeling alienated with someone claiming easy answers and it becomes a dangerous formula.
The truth is these issues are complicated. The truth is the people that are upset should be upset with themselves for not changing and adapting to the world as it changes. But it's much easier just to follow someone who says he'll make it all better if we just fix these couple of things.
A tiny part of me is sympathetic to that impulse. A larger part of me finds deep disgust with people behaving so childishly, especially when racism, selfish greed, and willful ignorance are such a significant part of the equation.
Fed Chairman Kushner?
Yep!
