Trump shut down his fake charity today.

The charity had been used to make improper political donations, paid off legal debts of Trump's businesses, and perhaps the stupidest of all - provided matching funds for Don Jr's enrollment in Boy Scouts to the tune of $7. Because why fork over a whopping $7 when you can illegally use your foundation to cover that expense? He also gave away charity donations during his own political rallies, which is illegal. And some of the donations enriched his businesses and his business relationships.

Like his sham university, the charity was a sham that hadn't held a board meeting since 1999! Ya know, like legitimate charities often do.
