Regardless of whether it was criminal, MLB must know enough to say fuck this dirt bag, we don't want this guy wearing a major league jersey. I would assume he's done.
Guy always had a childish temper

He'll probably win an appeal since he wasn't even charged for it much less convicted.
This. They were allegations and not charged with anything.

And it's not because he pitched for my team. I'd feel the same way if he pitched for a rival.

So lemme get this straight:
Deshaun Watson is accused by 22 women of sexual harrassment/assault, he's not charged, then gets a 240 mil fully guaranteed contract..............but Bauer gets a 2 year SUSPENSION withOUT pay?!?!?!?!?!.........WTF?
Watson will face a suspension, just watch.

I know and I call him out every time.

Yeah, that just seems like a waste of time. He's not going to change at this point. I have always found it easier to ignore him.

This might be why.....there was another woman, didn't know about this before.

"MLB, which has the autonomy to suspend players without a criminal conviction, also looked into at least one other incident of alleged sexual assault with a woman from Ohio."

MLB knows enough that the dogs wanted to stop paying him.

Simple as that.

What criminal offense was Pete Rose charged with? The morals clause in the standard MLB contract is purposely nebulous and covers things like this. I really doubt if he will win an appeal. He might get the suspension dropped to a year though.
He broke BASEBALL rules.

And he got his punishment through an agreement he made with baseball. Baseball did not hand down his suspension.

While I don’t disagree with this on the surface, it is two different sports.

True. He wasn't

But is it right to beat on a women and r*pe her?
Weird shit, but there is actual document evidence that that is not the case in this situation. Evidence exists that she literally, specifically, in writing and verbally, asked him to do what he did.

Like I said…. Weird shit…

German, Ozuna, Chapman, Jose Reyes and Urias got off with far lighter punishments.

I will ask you the same question I asked earlier. What criminal offense was Pete Rose charged with?

And Trevor Bauer violated the morals clause in the standard baseball contract. Most of the Steroid guys weren't charged in criminal court.
And Pete was not allowed to play or manage again -- he was given a lifetime suspension.

He was not “given” a lifetime ban. He ACCEPTED a lifetime ban. It was a plea he reached with baseball.
