Step up big fella. Be that leader your paid to be. Take responsibility for your groups play and challenge them. Someone finally step up and lead this team!
Agreed on the move to LG in a season or two. For now, he needs to just take charge in challenge his OL teammates to be better this week!!!Oh how I wish that he could do this! Unfortunately, his play in the first couple of games hasn't met the bar that he set in previous seasons. Unless the wear and tear factor has taken a toll on him, I fully expect him to rebound and get up to "Trent Williams" level of excellence real soon. If he's showing a few chinks in the armor, then maybe a move to LG will be his next stop. In either case, it's time to begin to prepare for a new LT. GC might be that guy but I'm not seeing that right now.
If the Oline is manhandled for a second week in a row, I’m thinking there are likely injuries we are unaware of.
We know about Trents knee and we saw Scherff and Moses get banged up against the Colts.
Not to mention the penalties, sloppiness in play and lack of ability to adjust/pick up stunts.
Hope it was just an aberration and not a precursor of the injuries sustained on the Oline last year.
Really hope that’s it. After leading the league with oline injuries last year, can’t help but cross my mind.how long has this o/line been together ? 2 weeks ? perhaps that is it

Agreed! Business Friday turned into casual Sunday. If this unit doesn't get it together quickly, it could be a long year on offense which will in turn, leave our defense on the field. Not good!Yeah, Trent needs to step up his game first, then demand others to do the same.
