He probably is the person most responsible for the demise of Brucifer , the intensity of the firebruce movement took off because of his hold out
He definitely had an impact on what happened. For that, I applaud him.

I think people wanted Bruce out way before that. You could see that here on this forum but that situation didn't hurt. It did hurt Trent though because folks want to know why he did not go get a second opinion and what were his motives.

Any REAL updates on Trent? You would think this may be at the top of Rivera's To-do list.

I wonder if the Redskins decided to give Trent a new contract that made him the highest paid LT in the league if he would be able to find a helmet that didn't hurt?

I wonder what TW would get us via trade?

Considering the now publicly stated positioning (They want to get younger) this could be a no-brainer move if his value puts us in position to select one of the top LT's in this draft.

So, now I'm asking you all, what's the value that you are putting on TW in order to move on from him?

Probably the best we could do is a second round pick. If we had his replacement, I might consider it. But I think he still has gas left in the tank given he has had a year break and Haskins really needs his blindside protected to aid in his development. I'd probably keep him and restructure his deal so it is cap friendly in the later years but brings him up to par with his peers for this coming year. If he balks, then take the second.

I would take a second, prefer a first, with a conditional pick in 2021.

BA screwed this up but a 2nd is about right

but in doing this you have to trade down from 2 to get the replacement
