i see hunter as a good change of pace back, but richardson would give us 6-10 years of gore, or at least something close to gore
He reminds me a lot of Gore as well.

isn't he close to top 10 in most mocks? even if he's top 15, thats not just 'solid' value, thats a steal at 30th.
not arguing you can get starting RB's later on, nor arguing against the age of 30 for RB's. but this scenario seems like a no brainer?
I think RB is a bigger need than most think. Anthony Dixon is practically useless, Frank Gore has 1, maybe 2 good years left in him, and Hunter hasn't proven he can handle the load at the NFL level.
This draft is great at the RB position, so I'd like to come out of the first 3 rounds with one of the top guys.

i like these two guys in later rounds:
Chris Polk Rb Washington
Chris Polk 2010 Highlights - YouTube
Cyrus Gray Rb Texas A&M
Cyrus Gray 2010 Texas Aggie Football Highlights - YouTube
I think most people realize that.
Do you have anything worthy of reading to add to the thread, though?
