RB is a position where as a rule you're either good right away or you're not ever good. Hardly any examples of guys who have been as ineffective as Richardson has been and then turned it around to be a high quality runner in the NFL. He is a scrub.

Well Forsett might disagree with you and maybe even your own Lynch who was not all that stellar in Buffalo before Pete got him.....
There is some truth to what you say but sometimes it's blocking schemes, OC's genius etc that make a RB play to his real potential....

Lynch was pretty good in Buffalo. His flakiness just didn't fit there.

There was NO BEAST MODE in Buffalo !!......He was bumped by a guy from NFL Europa who is as of 2015, the oldest RB in the league.....A far cry from the Beast mode we now see today...
Pete knew how to handle him and how to get the most out of his play, Buffalo didn't.....
