I work in all the hospitals in London Ontario, not in a clinical role but an IT role. We go everywhere and I have done it for ten years. I am certainly not a healthcare pro but I know how this plays out. Huge trauma event, parents and family calling in desperate for news. They cannot say it will take a day or two (with a rush for DNA sampling) or many hours for dental records to update them, they need to know NOW. The coroners and Dr's would do their best to id the victims, but we have a bunch of kids with their hair all dyed blonde that are likely similar sizes and growing all the time. We also have unimaginable trauma to their bodies. Quite frankly their parents probably would have had a hard time positively ID'ing them. No doubt they tried really fucking hard to get it right but were faced with almost impossible circumstances.

The tractor trailer ran a stop sign, he couldn't see the bus coming on the main road because of the woods at the Intersection. At least that was the last I had seen.
