I have Trich and carlos Hyde as backups. But that's ok I'll put jordy at FLeX and play the matchups at last RB spot

No and no. You have Dez and Alshon, don't deplete your backfield to get Jordy (same week 9 bye for all three).

The other deal is close enough for a preference call I guess...but I think the gap from Alf to Ellington is bigger than the miniscule one (if any) between Dez and DT.
