So Portland really thinks they can rebuild around Dame with space they are creating. Yeah...about that. What stars are actually out there this coming Summer (hardly any)? And when has a player of any kind of renown said "Yep. Let me sign with Portland".

So we know what's gonna happen. They're gonna strike out and by August, Dame will let them know he wants to be traded.

Come to LA, Dame! Lakers can trade their 2029 1st rounder once free agency starts. Westbrook's expiring deal, and the unprotected 1sts from 2027 and 2029. Do it, Portland. You're giving away players left and right. Say yes to this one.

I was thinking the same. Brooklyn gets a full time PG (for better or worse) and the Lakers get a change and some cap wiggle room. Not sure what Kyrie's playing status would be in LA?

Probably wouldn't be too crazy but they would want better picks and a couple young players...something LA just does not have anymore
